Dom joined Fibercore in September 2020 as CTO and became Managing Director in November 2021. 

David is in charge of finance at the Fibercore HQ in Southampton, UK. He has a Masters's degree in Aerospace Engineering and qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. 

Craig leads global sales for Fibercore’s specialized fiber optics, and fiber processing sales for OpTek. With decades of experience in fiber optics and fiber optic sensing business, Craig is passionate about driving long term customer success through his technical expertise. When he is not with his wife and six children, he can usually be found hiking, backpacking, on a bike, or out for a run.

Matt joined Fibercore in November 2021 and leads the Operations Team at our Southampton site. He has a background in mechanical engineering, designing fiber optic sensors within the oil and gas industry (SLB), along with many years experience in continuous improvement and operational management. He is passionate about providing a safe, healthy and inclusive working environment, allowing the whole team to focus on providing the highest quality products on-time every-time. His downtime is spent with his wife and three grown up sons.

Liz is responsible for the Human Resource provision to Humanetics businesses in the UK. Her Masters in Personnel and Development, along with her experience in different areas of business life enables her to take a pragmatic approach to solving people's problems for a win-win outcome. When not at work, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, being creative, and traveling.

Ashley is the Production Manager at Fibercore. The longest-serving member of the company, he began developing and productionizing optical devices in the 1980’s. Moved into optical fiber manufacturing in the 1990’s and has been instrumental in numerous new fiber designs. Developing the team to make Fibercore into a world-class manufacturing facility. His downtime is spent with family or near water, windsurfing, fishing, or skiing.

Tim is Fibercore’s Senior Test & Quality Engineer and is additionally responsible for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001. Tim has an MPhil in Optoelectronics and has worked for companies in similar industries, namely: Sifam Ltd, BT&D Technologies (later known as Hewlett Packard, then Agilent) and STC Submarine Systems. Tim runs most days and regularly competes in distance races across the UK.

Rick is Fibercore's Regional Manager for West US, South & Central America. Richard brings over 20 years of experience in sales and engineering within the fiber optic and telecommunications sector. His wealth of expertise in fostering client relationships and his proven track record of exceeding sales targets, makes Richard a valuable asset to Fibercore.

Max is Account Manager for North America, East Coast, Texas & Canada. Max received his BS in Ceramics and Materials Engineering from Clemson University. He has worked in engineering roles relating to specialty optical fiber production for over 10 years. Max likes to spend his free time outside biking, hiking, disc golfing with family and friends.

Jess is Fibercore's Account Manager for Asia, utilizing her bilingual skills with her accounts. She also manages our accounts in Australasia, the Middle East, and Africa. Jess has a multicultural background, an international master in management, and over seven years of experience in sales and international business development within the telecommunications, consumer electronics, and pharmaceutical industries, having worked for multinational companies. Jess enjoys traveling and discovering other cultures.

Nick is an Account Manager for Fibercore and is responsible for European customers. He began his career with a Masters in Chemistry and initially worked as an analytical scientist in a water testing laboratory, latterly moving into customer-facing roles whilst continuing to utilize his technical skills. Nick loves traveling, cooking, and reading.
