What happens next?
Once we receive your application, we will endeavor to acknowledge receipt of your CV and letter within a few days or as soon as is practicable. Depending on the stage of the recruitment process, we may call you for an interview quite quickly, or there may be an initial delay until we have received a number of applications to consider.
If you are shortlisted
We will arrange an initial telephone conversation with the hiring manager to assess whether or not we think you have the right skills, knowledge and experience for the job.
If you are successful at this stage, we will then call you for a face-to-face interview. We believe recruitment is a two-way process and it is as much about you getting to know us to see if you can see yourself working at Fibercore. During your interview you will have the opportunity to see around our production facility and to meet a range of people working at Fibercore.
Once we have seen all the candidates, we will make our selection and contact everyone to let them know the outcome.
